  12. By the way, I see a really useful project which is up for grabs
  13. right now is a server which hoards mail, inexes it, and fills
  14. in all the back-links so you can follow messages which have
  15. refered to article X, follow a link to people and lists
  16. of messages they have written, etc.  The server could
  17. simultaneously handle news, and eliminate the barrier (and
  18. duplication) between the two methods of propogation.

  20. This would be a cool excercise in the management of unruly
  21. information, and a tool which most project managers would jump
  22. at.
